These Terms and conditions govern your use of the site and the purchase of products and/or services offered by EquiPart. By using the site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following.

1. Limitations of use

You may not use the site for illegal purposes, to interfere with security, or to attempt unauthorized access. We reserve the right to limit or suspend access in the event of improper use.

2. Intellectual property (including third party)

Text, logos, images, and content are protected by applicable law. Some trademarks and names belong to their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction of the content is prohibited.

3. Issuance and provision of services

Services (e.g., consulting, development, hardening) are provided according to the agreed-upon procedures and within reasonable timeframes. Any additional activities require confirmation.

4. Terms and methods of payment

Payment is due in full as indicated on the invoice or during checkout. Failure to pay may result in the order being suspended or canceled.

5. Right of withdrawal (where applicable)

For distance contracts with consumers, withdrawal is normally exercisable within 14 days according to the Consumer Code, except in cases where exclusions are provided for by law (e.g., custom-made goods, launched digital content, etc.).

6. Limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The consumer's mandatory rights and statutory responsibilities remain unaffected.

7. Warranty within the limits established by law

For consumer goods, the legal guarantee of conformity applies, with the specific requirements for new and used goods. For details, see the "General guarantees" page.

8. Right to refuse a supply

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders/services in case of unavailability, suspected fraud, violations of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.

9. Miscellaneous and applicable law

If any provision is held invalid, the other provisions remain in effect. These Terms are governed by Italian law; any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable law.
