This page clearly describes how we handle support and warranties for vintage hardware and new/unused products. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

1. Vintage hardware

Hardware older than 20 years is no longer supported by the manufacturer. The legal guarantee of conformity applies within the limits established for used goods and in accordance with the product information (condition, known defects, tests performed).

• “Best effort” assistance: when possible, diagnosis and repair or replacement with an equivalent component.
• If repair/replacement is not reasonably practicable (unavailability of components, force majeure), an alternative solution or remedy consistent with the legal criteria may be proposed.

2. New or unused products

For new or unused products, the legal guarantee of conformity, normally 24 months for consumers, applies. Any conventional manufacturer warranties, if any, are additional.

3. Used goods: duration and conditions

For used goods, the duration can be reduced to 12 months only with the express agreement of the parties; in the absence of a specific agreement, the standard duration provided by law applies.
